One of our Directors recently presented as an expert witness for the 84-place childcare centre located on Maddox Road in Newport. The site is located next to a primary school which resulted in the road network being congested during peak school times. We undertook traffic surveys within the vicinity of the site and prepared a traffic modelling assessment using SIDRA to confirm that the vehicle movements from the childcare centre could be accommodated on the road network.
