Amber Organisation assisted with the preparation of a Traffic Impact Assessment report for a proposed 10-storey data centre in Swanbank. The comprehensive assessment included review of the numerical car parking requirements and design of accessways, loading and parking areas, review of heavy vehicle access routes, assessment of traffic impacts on the surrounding road network, and identification of suitable management measures to ensure the site operates successfully.
