He has extensive experience in the private sector which has allowed him to develop a detailed understanding of the commercial practicalities associated with developments of all sizes and nature. Using the range of skills he has acquired throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a trusted leader in Traffic Assessment and Impact Studies and presenting as an Expert Witness.
Sachin Prasad

Sachin has over 22 years of experience across a wide range of traffic and transport planning projects. His expertise ranges from providing design, traffic engineering and transport planning advice on major transport infrastructure projects to developing transport solutions for major residential, commercial and retail developments. Key projects extend across major transport infrastructure projects, land use planning, traffic advice for major developments, car park design, disruption traffic management, road safety assessments, road safety audits, design of public transport facilities and the planning and design of active transport facilities.
Tom Dwyer
Associate
Tom has over 12 years of experience in both private and public sectors, with expertise in several key areas. Throughout his career, he has assisted numerous clients and organisations in addressing complex traffic-related issues, providing effective solutions that meet their unique needs. His traffic impact studies have enabled them to identify and mitigate potential traffic-related problems, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Tom enjoys developing solutions that enhance safety by working collaboratively with key stakeholders such as residents, businesses, and approval authorities to design and implement effective active transport solutions that benefit all road users.
Kirk Ballantyne
Associate
Kirk has over 9 years of experience in both the private and public sectors working in both consulting firms and at local government. He has extensive background in the preparation and review of traffic impact assessments for various land uses. He has a sound understanding of the planning process and what is required to deliver the best outcomes for clients and stakeholders and has strong project management skills that enable him to meet client expectations on budget and time. Kirk uses his technical skills to solve complex traffic engineering problems, providing effective solutions that meet client needs and identifying potential issues early in the design process, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
Oliver Mihaila
Associate
Oliver has over 7 years of experience across traffic and transport engineering roles within the private sector as well as local and state government. He has contributed to the successful delivery of projects ranging from small-scale traffic treatments to major infrastructure projects, as well as the development of transport strategies, policies and plans. Oliver has specialised experience carrying out Traffic Impact Assessments for renewable energy projects including wind farms, solar farms and battery energy storage systems. His experience allows him to provide relevant and specialised advice in terms of route assessments for oversize and overmass vehicles, intersection and access designs, sight distance assessments and traffic modelling.
