To support efficient development in the Shell Cove area, Amber prepared a detailed report to review the onerous visitor parking requirements that applied. The review included benchmarking the rate of 1 visitor space to every 2 resident units against other Council rates and reviewing against available Census data for similar coastal locations across the eastern seaboard.
