Amber prepared a Traffic Impact Assessment and Event Traffic Management Plan for the Beyond the Valley music festival. The multi-day festival is held annually in Hesse, Victoria, over the New Year period and is expected to attract 35,000 patrons with the majority accommodated within the camping areas provided on-site. Our team liaised with Council and Department of Transport to ensure the impacts of the project generated during the bump-in and out, and festival operation, are minimised. We prepare functional layout plans for proposed road upgrades and swept path assessments for key intersections. We are experienced consultants that regularly work on similar Traffic Management Plans on a wide range of projects to ensure the road network continues to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
